I offer professional guitar lessons for any age or level student. I have been lucky with my education and I can draw on a rich background of (among many others) composition studies with Stanley Wolfe at Juilliard, songwriting lessons with Number 1 hit songwriter Martin Briley and classical guitar lessons with Paul Simon's teacher Alexander Bellow. Along the way, I have formed rock bands that made it to NYC, launched an indie record boutique label based around female folk and Class-A vintage gear, and have taught a wide range of students throughout my entire musical life. I create a customized lesson plan for all my students, drawing on a huge resource and knowledge base. You can learn to play songs you actually like right from the beginning and still receive an excellent musical foundation. Music lessons are a partnership based on mutual trust and respect.
